No smoking inside the home, cigarette or marijuana. You will be assessed a cleaning fee for what it costs us to have damage repaired and cleaning done if we find you have smoked in the home.

No parties or additional guests are allowed in the home, only the amount of guests on your reservation are permitted on the premises.

This property may only be used by the individual(s) listed on the reservation. Subletting, re-listing, or renting the space to others (including on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Any unauthorized occupants or third-party bookings are considered a violation of Airbnb’s Terms of Service and house rules. Legal action may be pursued if damages or losses occur as a result of such violations.

Pets may only be left unattended in the home if crated. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Any damage from pets will be assesed a fine and forfeiture of security deposit. Pets must be leashed and with you at all times in the front of the home, dogs may be placed on the tether in the front yard while being actively monitored. All pet feces must be picked up immediately and not left in the yard. A fine will be assessed for feces left on property.

Indoor fireplace may not be used as it presents a fire hazard and requires individual cleanings.
