The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ample cabinet space. A convenient in-unit two-in-one washer/dryer is also on site.

Lawn Care & Spa Maintenance

Please note the following regarding property maintenance:

Lawn Care: The lawn care team comes by on Fridays during the season and will shovel snow as necessary during the winter. They arrive based on their route, so we won't be able to notify you in advance of their exact arrival time.

Spa Maintenance: Spa maintenance team stops by on Thursdays during your stay to service the hot tub. They will not need access to the house, and they should not ring the doorbell. We will do our best to notify you if they plan to stop by during your stay, but their exact time of arrival is not always known.

Pet Policy: Upon request and approval, we allow dogs up to 60 pounds for a fee of $20 per pet, per night, with a maximum of two dogs. If you bring a pet without disclosure, or if your dog exceeds 60 pounds, a fee of $200 per pet, per stay will apply. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests must clean up after their pets, as excessive hair, dirt, or stains will result in a $100 cleaning fee. You have access to a fully fenced yard, and dog waste must be removed promptly. Dogs cannot be left alone unless crated. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking is not tolerated, and complaints may result in eviction.

You will have full access to the house during your stay, with the exception of the owner’s closet and the garage, which will remain locked. These areas are reserved for storage and are not accessible to guests.

All other areas, including the bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, private backyard, and hot tub, are available for you to enjoy.
