Great location. It’s a very short walk to one of the best beaches on the Oregon coast. The house was very comfortable and clean. We liked being able to bring our dog. The kitchen was nice and be appliances modern and easy to use. Plenty of parking.

Great stay in Rockaway!

Loved this rental in Rockaway. It had everything needed for all 5 of us (adults) to have a comfortable stay. There are some rocks down to the beach so we took my mom (84) down to Oceanside and happy camp so that she had flatter easier access. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place with lots of space.

This place was great with lots of room! A great view to the ocean and lots of parking. They also have toys for the kids to play with which was great. One thing to take away if staying with small children. The bunk beds are on the lower level. So we decided to actually sleep on the bunks with them so they weren’t so far away or got scared.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the large deck with an ocean and sunset view, and being able to use the outdoor grill to cook meals. There was plenty of room for 5 adults (2 parents and three adult kids), and the house was excellently stocked for a beach getaway. Would definitely rent again.

The location is great! The deck is large and has a nice view. The bathrooms and bedrooms are updated and nicely decorated. The living room needs some deep cleaning and declutterring. The sofa and carpet smell terrible. We had to put a blanket down to sit on the sofa.

Wonderful home

This home worked perfectly for us. 3 adults, 2 teenage boys and 12 year old. Location was great - just a short walk to town and super close to beach access. We also lost power once and management was quick to look into it. It would be nice to have a key to access the house instead of a long combination. We would definitely stay again!

The pelican house was very nice overall. The things that could have made it a great rating would be better beds in all bedrooms. A better lock system, we were locked out for over an hour. The check in, check out times were early and late. Other then those things, it’s a very nice place, great space for family and friends.
