Whether you're hoping to swim, collect seashells, relax with your loved ones, or go kayaking and surfing, you'll be able to do it all with ease. The interior is modern and polished, offering a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two beautiful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and an additional loft space. Outside, you can grab the provided bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboard, and wagon for a day of outdoor adventure, and come home to a soothing private hot tub, a gas grill, and a covered dining space on the patio.



This lovely home is located on the north side of Spring Lake, less than a mile south of the heart of downtown Rockaway Beach. You need only walk three blocks across Highway 101 to reach the open, sandy beach, where you can spend your days strolling, surfing, searching for small treasures, and admiring the beautiful view. Guests can also enjoy a nearby community lake perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and fishing. Downtown is full of lively shops and eateries, and the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad provides a fun-filled excursion between Rockaway Beach and Garibaldi a few miles south. The legendary Tillamook Creamery makes a great day trip as well, only 12 miles south.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Baby gates, beach toys, and kids' plates, cups, and silverware provided.
