We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore all the local highlights, and the beach views from the house were amazing. The only minor issues were a nonworking washer and a few dishes that weren’t clean upon arrival. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

we had a great time here , love the location. this is our fourth time at this house and i am sure it will not be our last..the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are so comfortable, we spend a lot of time just watching the ocean and we did see a whale spout in the distance..

Great location with amazing views and "quiet during the off-season". House in very comfortable. My one complaint would be the 10AM check out time (wished it was 11AM as this would feel less rushed on check out day).

The property was very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. The location is fantastic. Our VRBO contact, Quinn, was very helpful and responsive. We had a great experience with both the property and VRBO.

The house was great for 7 adults and 2 medium size dogs. Check in was easy. As we arrived the cleaning lady was still there just finished up. Overall, the house was clean except the dusting through out the place and underneath things. The fan, the pics hanging on the wall has dust built up on them as well as on all the doors and decor. Then underneath the bed downstairs wasn’t cleaned. The place had great beach access with a lil walk. If you have walking issues this may not be the place. The house has most things needed. We would rent it again. Only Down fall there is no back porch to sit on.

Everything about this place was good except for the cleanliness. There were hair balls behind the bathroom door. Old and new spider webs with spider Sacks full of dust behind the headboard that is pulled away for the wall. There were nail clippings on the end table in the livingroom. The bathroom rugs clearly have never been laundered. There are crumbs and dirt in every drawer of the kitchen. Every surface has very old sust on it.The livingroom fan has so much dust and cobwebs on it we couldn't turn it on. I thought the lamp shades over the pool table were mate finished there not they just have a thick layer of dust over them.The refrigerator needs cleaned.Honestly it feels like this property was missed on the cleaning schedule. There was food crumbs on the kitchen counters. The chair hideaway beds downstairs need to have the mattress replaced they have very old bodily fluid stains. Also the out door chairs need replaced soon most are broken. Iwould love to come back to this place or recommend it to someone because the beach access is amazing but I just can't.

The views and access to the ocean was top of the line. We loved the private short walk to the beach. The ocean accessibility was the number one reason we rented the property but the home was not as clean as I would have liked it. There was so much dust on the return vent, around the fireplace and hanging onto the ceiling fans that people with allergies were having a hard time. Although we did go for the ocean and outdoors and that is where we stayed 85% of the time. The oven is very outdated and the kitchen could use some updating. We also had to purchase additional toilet paper and paper towels which I thought those items should be included in the price as you expect to be the same as with a hotel.

This house is a 10 out of 10 for me and my family!Well stocked kitchen, great pool table, beach access and very thoughtfully stocked to make your stay enjoyable.I highly recommend this house for anyone who wants an awesome stay in Rockaway Beach!

Beautiful home…wonderful family trip.

Lots of cooking and family meals in the beautiful kitchen with fantastic views of our backyard ocean. Hiking, golf, and bonfires on the beach at night. Would definitely stay at this home again.
