House was in a perfect location for the kite festival/the casino- fully walkable :) easy beach access. TVs not in bedrooms which was actually really nice. Well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is the shower in the master didn’t drain well and there was hair in the drain of the other shower. Would totally stay at this house again though. My kids loved all the board game options!

The location was awesome. It was a 5 min walk to the beach at worst. Also a 5 min walk to Safeway. The property had lots of room.

Comfortable and cozy house in a nice, surprisingly quiet location in an older neighborhood on the north end of Lincoln City. Enjoyed the layout of the home, with 2 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and plenty of livingroom space for relaxing. Lots of trees in the area and we enjoyed watching the deer during evening hours. Easy off-street parking too.Located close to the beach, yet on higher ground outside the tsunami zone, which was important to my travel companion!

Perfect spot for our vacation, was very clean and updated on the inside. The outside of the house could use a good wash but other than that it was very clean. Easy check in process and easy check out. Will probably be back!

The house was nice. Granddaughter enjoyed the extra living room space for her own. I always like to do a puzzle with my mom on our trips. I brought one just in case there wasn't one. We left it as a gift to the house. Only thing that would be nice is instructions how to run the fireplace. I did not see any anywhere

Some broken things garbage can lid, fridge drawers don’t work great and broken shelf in fridge. One kitchen chair had a broken piece. Water pressure in main bath don’t work well on the left wall. Dog hair all over bedding and furniture.

Our maintenance team will replace the garbage can lid, repair or replace the fridge drawers and shelf, fix the kitchen chair, and investigate the main bath water pressure. Housekeeping will complete a deep clean focused on pet hair and review the cleaning checklist to prevent recurrence. We appreciate you letting us know and will use this to improve Cottage by the Sea.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your points but reads more clearly and professionally:The TV and internet service did not work for the entire duration of our stay. I contacted the Casago team on the night of our arrival, but unfortunately no resolution was provided. This was especially frustrating because my wife relies on internet access for work and had to find another location with Wi-Fi in order to complete her workday on Friday.The home itself was generally clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. However, there were no food storage containers, sandwich bags, or plastic wrap available. If you plan on cooking during your stay, I would recommend bringing or purchasing those items beforehand.The listing describes the property as a three-bedroom home, which is somewhat misleading. It is more accurately a two-bedroom home with a bonus room that is set up as a secondary living space. The additional sleeping arrangement is a pullout couch, which we found to be very uncomfortable. This is something potential guests should consider when booking.Overall, the stay was decent, and our experience would have been significantly better if the internet and TVs had been functioning properly. Faster communication and a more timely response to the issues we reported would have also been greatly appreciated.
