Inside, the space feels both cozy and open, with a wall of windows that draws your eye straight to the water. Mornings invite you to linger with coffee on the couch as natural light fills the room, while evenings are best spent with the fireplace on, the ocean darkening beyond the glass, and the quiet rhythm of the coast setting the pace. The airy living area is thoughtfully furnished for relaxing, conversation, and simply being present in the moment.



The condo features a queen bed, a convertible bed (twin that pulls out to a double), and a sofa, making it well-suited for couples, small families, or friends who value location, views, and comfort over excess space. A well-equipped kitchen supports easy meals at home, whether you’re starting a slow morning or winding down after a day outdoors.



Just steps away, you’ll find access to the ocean beach, ideal for long walks, beachcombing, and taking in the expansive Pacific views. From October through May, guests can join in Lincoln City’s signature coastal tradition during the Finders Keepers, when hand-blown glass floats are hidden along the shoreline. Summer brings vibrant color and motion to the sky with the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival, while crisp fall days welcome the Lincoln City Fall Kite Festival. Nearby golf courses, galleries, shops, and dining round out the area’s year-round appeal.
