Wonderful family stay

This was a wonderful, cozy little condo! Great location snd very clean upon arrival. Perfect for three adults where each can have their own bed.

Nice!

My family and a couple of friends stayed here, 6 of us. We had plenty of room. Loved the layout with the primary bedroom in the back, felt very private. There was plenty of bedding for the additional guests. We would definitely stay here again.

A great little 2 bedroom 2 bathroom stay. Exceptional access to beach. A blocks walk to MO's. Neat and clean. Easy to get around!

Will Stay Again!

I loved this place. The location is fantastic and the beach is perfect, especially if you have little ones. My only negative is I wish the main doors had child locks on them (or locks higher up) because my toddler could easily open them. But otherwise I highly recommend this place and I hope to be back!

2 chairs in front room dirty and worn and need to be replaced; kitchen sink faucet loose; dishwasher didn’t work; was not given code to get key until asked for it; we highly recommend that fireplace be updated to gas as that would greatly update condo; clean tracks under both front sliding glass and screen doors. Pictures on line made condo look much nicer than it is. Beds and bathrooms ok.

Will be back

We have stayed out on the coast at many rental properties and this one will be a favorite. It is right on the Siletz bay which is great for the kids to play in the sand & water without the fear of ocean currents. Mo's and beach access is a short walk away. The condo is nicely furnished and clean. It is super convenient to the parking lot and has easy check in. We will definitely book again for future visits.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an awesome vacation rental if you have kids. It's on a little cove where the water is shallow and there are lots of tide pools. Our family had a blast here. Right on the beach.

We arrived in the unit and there was a large fresh scrape in the drywall with drywall on the floor not cleaned up. We saw signs that said you are responsible for all damage that is caused during your stay so we made sure to contact the management right away letting them know that this was an existing issue not ours.The furniture was very dirty and worn in the living room.There was a family with children above us the last night of our stay, and the insulation between floors was so bad we could hear them running back-and-forth and even some of their conversations.Kitchen was not very well stocked with necessities, such as there was no cutting board.

Perfect beach combing spot and very comfy!!

We loved this property. We had 5 of us - Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and 5 year old granddaughter. Great access to beach area for sandcastles and exploring. Walking distance to Moe's for a bowl of chowder, plus other restaurants close by. We cooked in many meals, and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and dishes we needed. Beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. It was very clean, and carpets were great - plush and soft. Great for a 5 year old to play games and toys on the floor without worry. We would definitely stay here again if we can. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

The property and location were ideal BUT the inside condition of the furniture, pillows., etc was horrible. Arm chairs had springs missing, sofa had no bed and was uncomfortable, bed and bedding was disgusting. The dishwasher didn't work for whole 8 days .. ugh .. there were NO outdoor chairs as shown in the listing and the kitchen cooking utensils (pots & pans) should be thrown in the trash as about 85% off the Teflon coating was scratched off. Unusable! My biggest complaint was the bed pillows .. they had so much saliva stains there was virtually no white left. Beds were old, mis-shaped and not comfortable at all. I get the desire to make money, but there are many parts of this rental .. pillows, beds, arm chairs, sofa ... that should be burned. Do better!!!

Nice condo with some problems

The condo was very clean but when we followed the directions for locking the unit, the directions did not work and we had to call for help. The directions need to be updated. Also the cable tv did not work in any of the rooms and maintenance said that the cable box was not working.

Peaceful

It was a very nice house, but needs more glasses and bowls for snacks. Also we arrived half an hour early and we’re not allowed in. That’s hard for seniors after a long drive, I called office and were told cleaning crew didn’t ok that it was done, but there were in the parking space by us and never went back into house for finally inspection. Yet they contacted me if I left early to notify them, just a little frustrated with that. But, everything else was great.

18th Birthday Celebration

Great location with easy access to tide pools (river/bay) and 5 min walk to beach. We were disappointed with a few key items- one of the main swivel rocker chairs in the living room was broken underneath (cracked board) and tilted to one side. It couldn’t be used. This was very obvious. It clearly needs replaced. To leave such an item is unsafe and lazy. People pay a lot to stay- make sure basic things like furniture are in good repair. The couch is lumpy and uncomfortable both as a couch and as the hide-a-bed. It barely pulled out bc the frame is bent. The hair dryer in the master bathroom was also broken.

Accessible; Great Customer Service

Our family stayed here for one night in July. Our group was comprised of Grandma, Mom, and three girls (5, 7 and 8). Grandma has significant mobility issues. The single story floor plan was comfortable and spacious. She enjoyed sitting on the grassy area outside our patio door. The rocks are not easy to amble down so she didn't venture into the sand. The girls played in the sand and on the bayfront for hours! It was very convenient to have the grassy overlook for us to monitor the girls while they played. The house was clean, well stocked with linens, and kitchen utensils. The kids enjoyed the many games and TV. Thank you for letting us check in early! We arrived from out of town at 2PM and texted the property manager. They checked with the cleaning crew and gave us the "green light" to check in early - SO appreciated! Great condo

This is by far my favorite condo in Lincoln City. It has everything you need, including comfortable beds, and the location is great. I will definitely stay there again!

Great Beach Weekend

This was the perfect place to stay right on the beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place right on the beach. We ended up cooking every night and the kitchen had everything we could possible need. GREAT PLACE!

It's a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. However, some more comfortable chairs in the living room would make it perfect for us seniors. One friend is handicapped and sitting in the chairs or couch was difficult for her. Much too low.
