Welcome to your cozy retreat in sunny Palm Bay, Florida! This beautifully furnished, and spacious, 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers comfort, convenience and style, perfect for families, professionals, or seasonal visitors. The warm and inviting living room features thoughtful touches and beautiful décor, with a large and comfortable sectional sofa, and a wall mounted TV with Roku. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cookware and utensils necessary for a home cooked meal, while the adjacent dining area, with seating for 6, creates a perfect spot for casual meals with friends and family.

Enter to find an open and comfortable living space with ample room to spread out- perfect for everyday living and entertaining. The large, open, and fully equipped, kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, while the three good sized bedrooms each offer a queen size bed, a dresser, and ample closet space. Attached to the house you have a private, and very large, furnished screened in patio that provides an ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee, dine a la carte, or unwind with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the area! The driveway provides convenient and safe parking for up to three vehicles, and if you have more than three vehicles you can park anywhere on the street, except right in front of the house as that area is reserved for for guests of the studio.

To complete your experience, you will have high speed WIFI, two televisions, both with Roku to stream your favorite shows, and a full size washer and dryer.

There is a fireplace, which adds charm, however it is not functional.

The house is conveniently located near shopping, dining, Historic Downtown Melbourne, The Indian River Lagoon, Turkey Creek, and Florida’s beautiful beaches.

Things to note:

Shared space:
The house has a small self contained studio attached to it. The studio does not share any indoor space with the house, nor does it share the driveway or screened in patio with the house. The only shared space is the backyard.

Extra space:
If you have a larger party, want an additional bath, or just want the whole house to yourself you can reserve the main house, as well as the studio, making the house a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath.

Thermostat:
The main house and the studio unit share the AC and heat. The only thermostat in the home is in the main house. We ask that you keep the AC and heat at a reasonable/moderate temperature so that your neighbors in the studio are also comfortable.

Noise:
As this is a house, with normal walls and doors that are not completely soundproof, if the studio is occupied, you may hear some noise coming from your neighbors.

Maintenance:
The lawn is usually mowed on Tuesdays. For any maintenance other than this, we will let get in touch with you to be sure you are aware.
