We are from Saint Louis, Missouri, in the heart of the USA. We always loved the mix of history, neighborhoods, food, and friendliness that make the city feel like home. When I’m not hosting, I enjoy exploring new places, trying local restaurants, spending time outdoors, and learning about different cultures through travel and conversation.

I enjoy being a host because I genuinely like helping people feel comfortable and welcome. I know how important it is to arrive somewhere and feel relaxed, whether you’re traveling for work, visiting family, or just getting away for a bit. Hosting allows me to share a little bit of where I’m from while making sure guests have a smooth, enjoyable stay. My goal is for every guest to feel at home, well taken care of, and happy they chose to stay here.

Jacó is a vibrant coastal town where the jungle meets the Pacific Ocean. The scene here blends laid-back beach life with lively energy—palm-lined streets, crashing waves, colorful sunsets, and a backdrop of lush green mountains. You’ll see surfers heading to the water early in the morning, locals enjoying fresh coffee, and the town coming alive again in the evenings with music and great food.

What we enjoy most about the neighborhood is the balance it offers. Everything is close and walkable—beach access, restaurants, shops, and cafés—yet nature is always just minutes away. You can surf, relax on the sand, hike nearby trails, spot wildlife, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. Jacó has a welcoming, international vibe while still feeling authentically Costa Rican, making it easy for visitors to feel comfortable and at home.

What makes Unit 401 at Pacific Point truly stand out is the combination of comfort, location, and views. Being on a high floor, the unit offers sweeping ocean and coastline views that you can enjoy from inside the living space or while relaxing on the balcony—sunsets here are unforgettable. The space is designed to be bright, open, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Jacó.

Pacific Point itself is one of the most desirable beachfront buildings in town, with direct beach access, a large pool, and a peaceful, secure atmosphere that still places you right near Jacó’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Unit 401 offers a quiet retreat above the activity, giving guests the best of both worlds: beachfront relaxation and easy access to everything Jacó has to offer.

And while the building is recent 2024 build, our unit decor was upgraded to make the space one of a kind.
