We are thrilled to hear that you found The Reading Room comfortable, secure, impeccably clean, and a great match for the historic, stylish vibe of the neighborhood. We love that our location makes it so easy to explore the best local points of interest on foot. Because we are situated in a historic, walkable downtown neighborhood, navigating by car can occasionally come with urban quirks ie one way streets. We always want to ensure a smooth arrival, so we appreciate the feedback and will continue to provide our guests with our best local tips and parking insights ahead of their stay. Thank you again for choosing us, and we would love to welcome you back the next time you visit the area!" Colin Bama Belle Homes

I really enjoyed my stay at The Reading Room. What stood out the most was the character and unique style of the property. It has a lot of personality while still feeling clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The full kitchen and full-size refrigerator were a huge plus and made it easy to prepare meals and store leftovers. The location was another highlight. I loved being close to everything I wanted to do downtown. The neighborhood had a great downtown vibe, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy reach. I also enjoyed having access to electric scooters nearby, which made exploring the area both convenient and a lot of fun.Overall, The Reading Room was a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous time at The Reading Room. The space is very clean and accommodating. It is also conveniently located to many popular restaurants and bars in downtown Mobile. The ambience of the place gives such great vibes and a fun atmosphere. Everyone loved the nook upstairs, especially my 6 year old. The hosts are more than helpful and polite. We can wait to return!
