Just two hours north of NYC, this spacious Catskills retreat sits perfectly between Saugerties, Woodstock, and Kingston, an ideal setting for family vacations, group getaways, or relaxing weekends with friends. The main floor features an open kitchen flowing into the dining room and living room, creating a bright and inviting space to cook, relax, and connect. Just off the main area is a large recreational room with a theater-style TV, pool table, air hockey, and foosball, perfect for movie nights, games, and unwinding together.

Upstairs you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, each offering peaceful wooded views. Downstairs includes a king suite and a double queen bedroom, each with access to an additional shaded outdoor patio, a dedicated office/workspace, and a private gym complete with a sauna. Additional sleeping arrangements are available upon request for larger groups.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. An expansive wraparound deck is fully set up for grilling, outdoor dining, and lounging among the trees, and also features a hot tub for unwinding while taking in the night sky. Just steps away, enjoy the heated in-ground pool, adjoining spa, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing in the Summer sun.
