Willkommen im Paradies! Dieses Reihenhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zweieinhalb Badezimmern liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand und bietet Zugang zum Strand. Es ist der perfekte Strandurlaub! Unser Stadthaus wurde kürzlich mit neuen handgekratzten Holzböden, frischer Farbe in beruhigenden Strandtönen und allen neuen Badezimmereitelkeiten mit Granitoberflächen ausgestattet.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem an der Wand montierten Flachbild-HD-Fernseher, einer Kabelbox und einem DVD-Player, einen Essbereich für 6 Personen, eine Gästetoilette und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Im Obergeschoss verfügt die große Master-Suite über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, ein komplettes Badezimmer und einen großen Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei komfortable Doppelbetten. Wir bieten auch eine zusätzliche Doppelmatratze, Pack-n-Play, einen Kindersitz und Strandspielzeug, damit die Kleinen sich wohlfühlen und sich unterhalten lassen! Es gibt auch ein zusätzliches Badezimmer im zweiten Stock.

Unser Townhome beinhaltet Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Komplex verfügt auch über einen Pool mit angeschlossenem Clubhaus mit Toiletten, Außendusche und Waschmaschine / Trockner, nur wenige Schritte von unserer Hintertür entfernt. Es gibt auch eine schöne, geräumige, eingezäunte Grünfläche für die Kinder zum Spielen! Unser Haus verfügt über sicheres WLAN, Liegestühle, Strandmatten, eine Kühltruhe, Strandspielzeug, einen Sonnenschirm, Boogie-Boards, Bücher und Spiele - bringen Sie einfach Ihren Badeanzug, Ihr Lieblings-Strandtuch und Sonnencreme mit! Sie sind auch nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von Pompano Joe's, einem unserer Lieblingsrestaurants!

Nach einem unterhaltsamen Tag am Strand können Sie bei einem Glas Wein in Begleitung Ihrer Familie und Freunde zu sich nach Hause fliehen und friedlich einschlafen, während Sie über den erholsamsten Tag Ihres Lebens nachdenken! Wir sehen uns am Strand!

Had a great time!!!

My family and I had a great time. The property was very clean and spacious and within walking distance of just about everything. Great restaurants just down the way, and the beach right across the street. The owners were very personable and great to work with. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family and will be staying here again myself on our next trip to the beach!

This is a tastefully decorated home and well maintained. We had all we needed and more for a week long stay. I have also never experienced such great communication with owners in the past. Best family vacation!

Just a few steps from the beach and centrally located by restaurants & stores. There was six of us including my two boys. We all slept comfortably in the beds and had plenty of room to move around. The area is really quiet, even though we were there during spring break and the beach was never crowded. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will probably be back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Great location to the beach, shopping, and easy access out of town. The town home is great for families or couples. Our only issue was the cleanliness... It could use a good deep, cleaning and dusting. Also, the pool wasn't heated in the complex. Kind of a bummer on the cooler, windy days when the kids were hoping to swim. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The Destin/ Miramar Beach area is great!

Great vacation w/grandchildren & great-grandbaby

The condo was perfect for my family. On arrival, it was very clean. Had all the amenities that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers, cooking, cleaning dishes. The beach is a short walk across the street and down some steps. The private swimming pool is just a few feet from the condo door. My family and I usually had the pool to ourselves. There is a downstairs half bath which is very convenient, since the two full baths and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a large screen TV which my grandkids enjoyed watching Animal Planet on. In fact, I would have to remind them that we didn't come to the beach to watch TV!!! The owner provided their personal phone numbers in case they needed to be contacted for any reason. They were available to answer questions before the rental. All in all, everything was great and went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very grateful that the property opened up to out-of-state guests just 2 days before our stay! Cali was very helbpful during our stay and very responsive to text messages. Absolutely loved the condo and the atmosphere! It was so clean and perfect size for our group!

I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other condo! Cali was so good with communication and it made me feel way more comfortable. I was so surprised with how much the condo had to offer and how clean and nice it was!! They provided all the beach stuff we needed and the condo was excellent and perfect size. I could go on and on about how amazing my experience was with my friends. Furniture and beds were so comfortable and the whole place made you feel at home. We will definitely be returning next year! Miramar Beach townhouse vacation rental

We just returned from a great vacation at Miramar Beach. Our rental was very nicely decorated and equipped. We had two couples vacationing and one bedroom had two queen beds and the other had a king bed. This is very hard to find in a two bedroom rental. The townhouse was very clean and everything worked well. We pretty much had the inground pool to ourselves. Pool was immaculate. Cali was very friendly to deal with and explained things very well to us. Not a better townhome to be found for the price and location. We will definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in the Destin area.

Just as described

The owner has all bases covered for a nice family vacation. We have 4 kids, ages ranging 8-17, and had space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked. Townhome is nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and washcloths for bath use. Everyone slept well in the beds. Townhome located far enough from the street to not have traffic sound and to feel safe. Easy walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, toys, and mat provided. Having a propane grill was really nice. They have wifi available, which was a must for the teens in the group! The pool is right in the back yard. There is also a shower to wash off sand there. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers, coin operated, located a few steps away from the pool area which I did use. I did contact Cali once for a question I had (which she had answered in one of the information pages she emailed to me weeks prior to the vacation, i just forgot/failed to read it thoroughly) and she politely answered right away. Zero problems, wonderful experience. We will be back:) Thank you Cali!

Our townhome offers the space we desired, the neighborhood offers sidewalks to stroll along the beach in the evenings, the complex is small, quiet, and very family friendly, and, of course, the emerald green water and sugar sand of our favorite beach is just 5 minutes from our front door! Our home also has a pool and lots of green space for our family to play! Lastly, our beach vacations would not be complete without dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Pompano Joe's... which is a short stroll along the beach! This is truly a blessing in our lives, and we are pleased to share it with you!
