Pocono Lake is waiting for you at this fabulous 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests find two full beds and a cozy bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. The peaceful bathroom features a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this superb house offers a comfortable retreat. The space

Located within a gated community, our home gives you access to various community amenities, including:

- Seasonal Pools: we have 3 outdoor pools open seasonally, weather dependent. (Proper swim attire required. Glass containers prohibited.)

- Seasonal Beach Access: we have 4 sandy beaches including roped off swimming areas for swim at-your-own-risk. (Inflatable rafts, noodles and water toys are not allowed in swimming areas.)

- Outdoor basketball, sand volleyball, tennis & pickleball courts.

- Fitness Center: equipped with free weights, cardio, row and press machines.

- Library: a wide variety of book selections for reading while at the Lodge.

- Adult Billiards Room: for adults 18+, the room located at The Lodge has 3 pool tables and TVs.

Please provide the following information with your booking to register your stay with our HOA:

1. Any children under 6?

2. Following information for all vehicles, or let me know if you're arriving in a rental.
* Driver Full Name
* Vehicle Year, Make and Model
* State & License Plate

3. Email Address to receive QR Code for Gate Entry.

Stay cancellation after HOA registration will incur in guest paying the community fees I paid for them.

Other things to note

ARROWHEAD LAKE FEES:
-Associated community fees are included in your nightly rate. This includes temporary membership for 4 people, 1 vehicle gate access QR Code, and the ALCA Administration fee.

*2nd+ vehicle: There will be a fee of $20 for each additional vehicle due at registration. I cover fee for 1 vehicle.

ENTRY: Scan your QR Code that was sent to your email to open the gate.

**Must be 25 or older to rent.**

**No smoking**

**No events, parties, or large gatherings**

**Photo ID may be required upon check-in**

**COMMUNITY (HOA) FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):

Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):

- HOA Temporary membership:

- IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week.

- OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.

- Children under 6 are free

-HOA Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle, per stay

- HOA Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)

- HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All HOA fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association (HOA); we are unable to waive or discount them.
