Ethan and his family were wonderful guests and it was a true pleasure to have them stay even though I It was a sad reason that brought them to the area they were so kind and respectful They left Riverbend nice and clean th they communicated well And we’re no trouble at all we we would welcome them at any time and hopefully under better circumstances

Property was well taken care of and setup nicely. Driveway was narrow for our large van but we were able to fit. Great access to watch the regatta over the weekend and access to the bike paths. Really liked the artwork on display in the house.

This house was wonderful! It was so clean and cozy. We really appreciated how many things there were around the house to accommodate kids, even little littles, it made the whole stay that much m better. Close enough to downtown but not in the midst of it so it was a very peaceful stay. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Extremely relaxing home with very comfortable beds. Although near the airport, was very quiet and peaceful inside. Wonderful location to quickly arrive at many supermarkets, UofR, museums, and all the treasures of Rochester.

Perfect place for our family to stay as we prepared to move our oldest into RIT. This was an ideal house for us and central to everything we needed. Host was amazing and terrific communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Israel and his group left the property clean and generally in good order. Communication was somewhat pleasant, and they were understanding when an unexpected situation arose involving a neighboring guest. However, they arrived parked in the driveway several hours before check-in without prior approval. Additionally, there was evidence of vaping inside the home, which is against house rules. Future hosts may wish to clearly reinforce arrival and smoking/vaping policies before check-in.

This was a great place and everything we needed for a place to land for a couple of nights. There was plenty of space to hang out. The location was perfect for graduation at RIT. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Check in was seamless. I would recommend it for sure.

This property was fantastic! It is right next to the Genesee River so your views are gorgeous The yard is huge so you have room to play with the little ones if that's who you traveled with. The living room is spacious and comfortable with ample room to sit. The kitchen is a good size and has enough room to seat many people. The benches in the kitchen are a great little detail that enables more people to sit at the table rather than being limited with chairs. The house is full of small details that are so kid friendly it's amazing. We traveled with a one and a half year old and it was absolutely perfect for her. The bunk bed room is so thoughtful for children and has space for eight to sleep in there! The ultimate slumber party! There are so many amenities for the little ones including baby gates, baby chairs, toys and and child protectors on the outlets. It made traveling with a toddler very easy. There were ample amounts of towels as well as blankets which was an amazing addition since many houses have a limited amount of extra towels, blankets and pillows. She also has blankets hanging in the living room which is an amazing addition for somebody who is always chilly, haha! There's also a fireplace in the living room for cozy nights! The bedrooms are all a wonderful size and everything that you see in the photos are true and then some! Everything is up to date and not old. I would definitely recommend this to others, especially those traveling with children.

This sweet little place was perfect for our family's visit to University of Rochester. The house was as described in the listing, it was great to have a parking spot, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and timely. The location is wonderful, and it really does have a river running through the backyard! We did have one small issue, and when we reached out to the owner, she responded in less than 1 minute and was able to address it very quickly.This house worked perfectly for our family that includes a teenage son and teenage daughter (who did not want to share a room or bed), and we would definitely stay here again if our daughter decides to attend UofR.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Kelly and her family! They were kind, respectful, and took care of the home during their day. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish and I truly appreciate it how thoughtful and considerate they were. We stayed two nights. We had two adults two teens and two 5&10 yrs old. It was very cozy. We had an issue with the downstairs bed. However we contacted host she was very friendly she had some options to try. The young man ended up sleeping on the couch as there was an unfixable issue at the time.He was totally fine with that. The host paid attention to detail which really showed. I absolutely love the reading nook by the bunk beds with the personalized lights. The children’s Lego and games were a plus.we loved our stay and thank her for having us.

The house was as advertised. It is at the end of a dead end street with the river and a walking trail in the backyard. There is driveway parking and street parking as well. It is conveniently located within minutes of the highway and many restaurants and attractions. The beds are very comfortable and there are lots of extra pillows and blankets. There are games for adults and lots of toys for children. There is a lot of room to relax. In the nice weather sitting on the deck and grilling would be enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Coffee and sugar are stocked in the house with a choice of using ground coffee or kcups. If you are sensitive to noise or worried about difficulty of getting little children to sleep it would be worth using a sound machine. There is some highway noise and airport traffic as well as a neighbor with a barking dog. Overall it was a very positive, convenient and comfortable visit.

Ramona and guests were an absolutely joy! She ran the dishwasher, stripped the beds (placing the used linens on the floor by the bed), and placed the dirty towels in the tub. We truly appreciated her kindness and care for the space. Communication was great, and she left the place in excellent condition. We would happily host her again anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts.

Very communicative about the property leading up to the trip so there were no surprises. Property located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Activities to suit all ages are located near the property. We had a great time and hope to stay again when visiting family in the future.

Our family and friends had a great time staying at Round the Riverbend. The house is on a quiet street very close to walking and biking trails right along the Genesee River and Erie canal. The house was cozy and fit our group with 6 kids and 4 adults very comfortably. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and enjoyed them on the back porch. This was a great place to stay and close to all the things we wanted to do in Rochester. Thanks for a great stay!
