This is the 2BR/2BA private suite configuration of Ripon Park House.

Guests have exclusive use of:
- Bedroom 1 (King)
- Bedroom 2 (Queen)
- Two full bathrooms
- Guest bath
- Full kitchen
- Main living room
- Private laundry

Optional: Bedrooms 3 & 4 are optional add-on rooms available for an additional nightly fee. VRBO does not automatically apply add-on fees; please contact us before booking if you wish to include additional bedrooms.

Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. Spacious backyard with privacy and outdoor furniture. High speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. Three minute drive to Alpine Climbing Adventure Fitness.

We live in the neighborhood and are available to assist if needed. Send us a message and we will be happy to help in any way.
*No smoking in home. $400 fee.
IF YOU SMOKE IN THE YARD, DO SO IN A WAY SO THAT SMOKE DOESN`T ENTER THE HOME as it`s very difficult to remove a smoke smell.
*No unapproved parties/events with unauthorized guests. $800 fee.
*We care deeply for our neighbors and community so please respect the quiet hours.
*Unapproved late check out $50 fee
* Do not tamper with the motion sensors.
*Please do not rearrange furniture except for setting up the trundle sleeper.
*For guests with pets, we ask that pets are not allowed on furniture, pets are crated when left home alone (we have one you are welcome to use available upon request), and please remember to clean up after your pet.
