The townhouse was beautiful! Such good space and we were so grateful for the indoor fireplace on this record-breaking cold Memorial Day Weekend. We were a group of 11 and the house fit us pretty well. There was a pullout couch (I think not listed in the listing) that we expected to be a mattress but was actually more like an attached ottoman. But it worked out. There were some complaints about the comfiness of the queen and double beds, and of course the double is a bit tight for two adults. But the kitchen is a DREAM, the location is literally 30 seconds from town and a short walk across the street to the water (though the beach is currently under construction and not accessible), the fire pit is super nice, and the couches in the living room recline all the way and feel like a hug. Also - the pictures do not do the upstairs master justice. It is enormous and has its own floor. The bathroom for that room is also big (and unpictured) and has a shower with bench and a nice tub. The host was communicative, although there were a few essentials missing or running low that we had to run out and get - toilet paper, soap, dish soap, lighter fluid for the fire. Some simple instructions on how to use the tvs would have been helpful as they weren't obvious, even for someone who has smart TVs. The host did give us great recommendations on local restaurants and things to do. All in all, a wonderful stay, despite some really unfortunate weather. 10/10 would recommend!
