Dieses 2.240 Quadratmeter große Haus ist neu, mit einem offenen Konzept aktualisiert und ist das ganze Jahr ĂŒber mit zentraler Luft, WĂ€rme und einem Holzkamin geöffnet. Es bietet Platz fĂŒr 10+ Personen mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Etagenbett und 2. 5 BĂ€dern.

Unser Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine modern ausgestattete KĂŒche, ein Esszimmer mit Sitzgelegenheiten fĂŒr 12 Personen, einen großen Familienfernsehraum und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV (Netflix- und HBO-GO-Funktionen). Alle vier Schlafzimmer sind mit brandneuen Queen-Size-Memory-Foam-Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Flachbild-TV und ein Master-Bad mit zwei Waschbecken. Ebenfalls enthalten sind eine Feuerstelle, ein Grill und ein Tisch fĂŒr 12 Personen auf der erhöhten Terrasse vor dem Esszimmer. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber kostenfreies WLAN. Alle BettwĂ€sche, Kissen, BadetĂŒcher und Papierprodukte zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Zwei große, bequeme Sofas im Fernsehraum können bei Bedarf als zusĂ€tzlicher Schlafbereich genutzt werden. FĂŒr zusĂ€tzliche SchlafbedĂŒrfnisse ist eine Premium-Luftmatratze verfĂŒgbar.

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Toaster, eine Mikrowelle, eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, ein GeschirrspĂŒler, ein KĂŒhlschrank mit Eismaschine, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, ein BĂŒgeleisen / -brett, ein kindersicheres Tor, ein Pack and Play sowie ein eingezĂ€unter Garten, so dass Sie Ihren Welpen draußen lassen können.

Overall was a comfortable stay and everything worked as expected. Very close to Bolton landing, and the house had a nice large piece of property to have the kids run around and play. Of note - To get to the beach with your things you have to drive down as its probably about 1/4 mile with a steep hill. Not a big deal, but if you have little ones, need to plan ahead a bit so you don't need to go back and forth. The family who owns the house also lives in the same association and we re very nice, so they were there is any questions or issues.

We appreciated having a full home with all of the amenities for our family vacation this year! We prepared most of our meals together in the open concept kitchen, enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the porch, appreciated the AC throughout, had plenty of space to sleep, and enjoyed snores by the fire each night. Having the fenced in yard was so convenient for our four-legged loves too! We will gladly book again if we return to Lake George next year!

Comfortable house for our 7 and still plenty of room

Many previous trips to Lake George. First time in beautiful Bolton Landing. This is one of the most enjoyable vacations. Get ready to relax. Private quiet Lake George home, convenient location, beautiful area, the greatest hosts, spectacular private beach for the association properties only. A short walk opens up to a wonderful sandy beach setting.

We enjoyed staying at the house and enjoyed the beach most of all. It was clean and safe and quiet. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was a plus too. The close proximity to Bolton Landing was really nice as well and we were in and out of town quite a bit. There are good restaurants and stores very close by.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

We had a great time in Bolton Landing, and this house was in a prime location. It was nice and roomy, with a lot of places for us to hang out separately and together. I only gave 4 stars because the AC was broken for part of our stay, which made for an uncomfortable first couple of nights until the temps fell. We'd love to come back!

Good place but improvements needed

House was basically good, clean, great fenced yard however downstairs where 3 bedrooms are was damp and all the beds need updating. Host was gracious to let us park on his other property to help with walk to beach. Beach was stunning and well equipped with chairs. Enjoyed our stay

Extended Family Vacation

Our family (2 parents, 3 adult children plus two girlfriends) had a lovely stay. Our hosts, Bill and Janet, were so gracious in meeting us at check in and giving us great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Great holiday stay

We found the place easily and had a seamless check in. Any questions were answered immediately. We found the place more than spacious for our family which included my husband and I, 4 young adult kiddos and 2 fur babies. The fenced in backyard was a great place for them to stretch their legs. Beds were definitely comfy, could use some updating on the bedding but not a big deal. Being a cabin it fit the feel of the place. As some have said the kitchen could use some updating in terms of pots and pans but we were able to create a tasty Thanksgiving dinner by adding a few disposable trays from the local grocery which is only a few miles down the road. All in all we had a great time, took some nice walks to the lake each day, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family. It would be a great place to enjoy the summer. We thank the family again for letting us enjoy their place and even letting us hang out a little longer while we waited out our flight. We appreciate the kindness.

Excellent cabin!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The cabin is very well taken care of and clean. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and gave us great recommendations. We love the location of the neighborhood because it’s close to the town of Bolton Landing and also close to highway access for our excursions.

Nice family location

We had a lovely vacation with family and friends. The house is quite large and suitable for 2 families to stay. There are ample supplies and basics in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and outdoor space. The beach access is quite far away to lug all our stuff but very nice space overall with playground, sandy areas for kids to play and picnic area. Note it is located in association so people may be asking about your stay. Beds could be improved as not as listed. Otherwise plenty of linens. Solid stay but some improvements could be helpful for future visitors!

Great house for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our larger group (7 adults, 2 kids and a dog). We all had our own rooms and beds and it was so nice to have a patio, deck, and big fenced in yard. And being just a couple minute drive away from the town of Bolton is so nice. Bill and Janet were responsive, helpful, and very welcoming! Having lake access was wonderful but we did need to drive almost half a mile to park and then walk down a hill about 200 feet to get to the lake beach. And dogs are not allowed on the beach. Overall it is a fantastic house with everything you need for a great vacation and the whole process was very easy!

Beautiful house, helpful owner!

We had a wonderful time at Bill's place! It was gorgeous, and he and his wife were incredibly helpful at helping us check-in, as well as giving us suggestions as to what to do while we were in Bolton Landing. The private beach was perfect for our family, and also included some games (ping pong, badminton) and a playground for the little ones. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in Bolton Landing!

We loved our stay in Bolton Landing. The Nutlands were very welcoming and provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat while on our vacation. The spacious home was exactly as described and came with plenty of towels, fresh bed linens and kitchen utensils to make it a seamless stay. The beach was very private and allowed us to enjoy the lake. If we could provide any feedback, it would be to ask the homeowners to provide a kayak or canoe for their guests to use as the beach has a beautiful dock and space to do so. Otherwise, this is absolutely worth your value for a family vacation in Bolton Landing!
