Quiet Hours
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of nearby neighbors.

No Smoking Inside the Home
• Absolutely no smoking indoors.
• A $300 fine will apply if any traces or odor of smoking are found inside the house.

Parking
• Free parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway.
Pool Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No child is allowed to swim without an adult present.
