The loft is the only unit on the property with an in-unit washer and dryer — a genuine advantage if you're packing light or staying longer than a few nights. Playa Grande is the quieter, less crowded alternative to nearby Tamarindo — same stunning Pacific coastline, same world-class surf, without the noise. The beach sits within Las Baulas National Marine Park, where leatherback sea turtles nest seasonally and howler monkeys announce the sunrise from the treeline.

Everything you need is walkable — Pots & Bowls for fresh bowls and smoothies, a local bakery, Beach Break Surf Cafe, surf rentals, and several restaurants. Stock your kitchen at the newly opened Willsofy Supermarket, a full-service market with meat, canned goods, and everyday essentials just a short walk away. The Store, a neighborhood corner market next to the pharmacy, is perfect for personal items and a quick grocery run. There's also a local fruit stand nearby for fresh produce when the season is right. Tamarindo is 20 minutes by car for additional dining and nightlife. Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately 55 minutes away.
