Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, clay tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
