Das aus dem 14. Stock Studio bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Ort, den Strand und den luxuriösen Pool im Beachside II. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne aktualisiert italienische Fliesenboden, neu installierten Teppich und sogar eine schön geflieste Dusche im Bad. Das Gerät ist ein Studio mit einem Queen-Bett im Hauptwohnbereich zum Balkon und Strand mit Blick. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Bonus-Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die Küche verfügt über wunderschöne schwarze Granit-Arbeitsplatten, die durch neue weiße Schränke ergänzt werden.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen großen Pool, der außerhalb der Saison plus Gas solar beheizten in Grills ist für jeden Parkplatz zu nutzen und bedeckt auch. Sie sind nur eine Fahrt mit dem Aufzug zu den Zucker weißen Sand der Strände und die Aqua Wasser des Golf von Mexiko. Ein sehr privater Rückzugsort für 2 bis 3 Gäste für einen tollen Wochenendtrip oder einen perfekten Urlaubsort.

Das Gebäude bietet seinen Gästen WLAN, einen saisonal beheizten Solar-Pool mit Grill am Pool-Deck, ein Fitnessraum und ein überdachter Parkplatz.

What you see in the pictures is what you get, which was great. It's a corner unit which allows for more privacy. We had a wonderful time, would stay again.

Beautiful ocean view!

Overall very nice. Would recommend unit 4344. Clean and comfortable. Like most rentals in condos it needed some maintenance. I will send message to agency regarding those issues. Unit smelled clean and fresh (very important to me). Unlike my friends who rented on 1st floor near pool, smelled awful.

The condo needs a good upgrade. The bikes, tennis courts, kayaks were not free as advertised. Only the tram passes worked. One of the elevators was acting weird or was out of service all the time. Good location.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately none of our rentals come with free bikes, tennis courts, or kayaks. Though the property is in Sandestin, only guests staying with Sandestin Rentals have those perks which is why their rental prices are so much higher than ours. While Sandestin does advertise that, we do not. We are sorry to hear about the elevator acting up and have let the building manager know. We do hope you enjoyed your stay!

Close to beach, pool was clean.

Floors felt gritty with sand, and were hard to clean. Only one roll bath tissue, and when I asked for more was told only one is provided. Elevators were always backed up, as one was out of order our entire stay. I know that wasnt the rental co's fault, but frustrating the same.

This includes starter amenities for the bathrooms and kitchens (i.e toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and soap) to begin your vacation. If more is needed, guests will need to buy from the local stores. We have staff on site 7 days a week to address any concerns including housekeeping. Tired and outdated property

Excellent location with great view but the property was a tired and outdated condo with various issues. We had good communication with the property manager until we addressed the issues and never heard from them again. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to my friends. We didn’t let it affect the fun we had on our vacation because we love Destin but won’t be back to this condo.

Two of the lamps wouldn't work in the living, the glass top table in the foyer is just asking to get broken and should just be removed, and the while place didn't seem that clean. There were smudges on glass here and there. Dishes and pans were not completely clean. The setup of furniture seemed crammed and stuffy.

We were able to secure our stay here without any difficulty and were provided with clear instructions on what to do at check in. The access code instead of a key was so convenient! The view was stunning. Every morning we were able to see how crowded the beach was, what the tide looked like, and determine when we should bring down our chairs and umbrella to claim our spot on the beach. Needs updating

Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work and 4 of the kitchen lights were out. Condo furniture very faded and dated. The kitchen cabinet facings around the pulls were very dirty and we had to clean and sanitize them. Shower door in bad need of replacement. Elevators were highjacked by construction and cleaning crews so we had to wait for up to 10 minutes to get up and down. Pool area very nice and clean.

14th floor condo overlooking the Sandestin beach to the east

This is a pretty typical condo for Sandestin beachside 1 or 2. A bonus is that it is an end unit so there are views to the east & northeast in addition to the beautiful view of the gulf. The pictures in the listing are quite accurate (other than the carpet-see below). The furnishings aren't new but it felt clean. The recent replacement of the carpeting with wood-type flooring is a huge plus. The kitchen had the basic essentials for quick meal prep but not elaborate. The building is well maintained and we were able to park in the covered garage. We hadn't been to Sandestin in a few years; I had forgotten how stunning the pure white sand and water color were. We were there during spring break (mid March) and were hoping the beach wouldn't be too crazy. Overall, I'd say there were more families than college kids. Really, a pretty good mix of people. If you want a quieter beach scene, just walk east on the beach for a couple hundred yards.

Nice stay

We stayed for 3 nights. The view is amazing, place was on the 14 th floor. It is a studio with tiny bedroom, but was doable. The place was clean, nicely decorated, stocked with dishes etc, everything worked fine, although we never figured out the tv. The pool was ok, although I think some of the other places may have better pools. The biggest downside was the beach. It was so so crowded. A big portion was taken over by some event one day and a wedding on another day, and that was in addition to the resorts taking up most of the beach with rental chairs. It was like being at Disneyland on the beach. The sand is absolutely beautiful though. The water was warm but had a lot of sea grass? Moss? No really sure what is was but the water was green! Someone said it’s common in June. Don’t know for sure. Overall a nice stay but probably won’t come back in June.

Unfortunately our area is very busy in the summer months so the beaches are very full (but still beautiful). You did in fact experience the June grass (it's really called that) in the water. It's a short-lived event but does happen at this time every year. It is safe to swim in! We hope you will come back and stay with us again, if not in June then perhaps another time of year!

We were able to wake up with the sun everyday because of the large windows/balcony right off the bed!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is right on the beach and next to two pools. Updated floors (no carpet in the living room like it shows in the picture) No beach chairs in unit which I feel like would be an added bonus. Other than that, nearly perfect place for the price. We didn’t use the tram but free tram passes available to get around the resort. We had a minor issue and we called to get it fixed and they came to fix it that day. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Great place to stay!

We were glad to see security was top notch. Not just anyone can come/go. We had all the info we needed to check in/out thru the app. The only "issue" we had was that a couple of the electrical plus on the mirrored wall did not work and some of the cooking pans are scratched and need replacing. But the view and cleanliness were great. Would come again!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! The outlets are strange in Beachside Two, as there is an outlet on either side of the bed that is worked by a switch. This is so bedside lights can be plugged in and then easily turned on and off by a switch on the wall. It can definitely be confusing, so we try to leave the lamps on with the switch in the upward position. We will look into replacing the pots and pans as well, as we want everything to be top notch! Thank you!

Very nicely kept complex and easy access to the beach and all amenities. Incredible view.
