This YEAR-ROUND rental accommodates summer, fall, winter and spring!! This rental has a front open living area with unobstructed panoramic views of Pine Lake.
Open living room continues into dining area with seating for 8-12 people, adjoins the large welcoming kitchen for all the family to gather and create delicious meals. The kitchen is stocked with lots of utensils for the kitchen and the grill. There is a fully stocked coffee bar with a drip AND a Keurig coffeemaker There are lots of cookware and dishes, lots of different spices and pantry items to use. There is a full-sized refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms off the kitchen include a large bedroom with queen size bed. Two small bedrooms just beyond, both have a set of bunk beds. There is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed and an air mattress available. Linens are provided at no extra cost.

The bathroom in the main area has a full tub, sink and toilet. There are some toiletries that are included.

Outdoors has an enormous private 200 ft lakefront sandy beach that leads off your private extended concrete patio with scattered picnic tables. Take advantage of the 2 gas grills. (propane included) Large grass lawn that has a gigantic fireplace with the lake as it's background. Just AMAZING!! The beach has beautiful soft sand, gradual decline from house all the way into the lake, great for children and family. Dock can hold watercraft and a variety of boats. There is a boat launch for your personal watercraft. There is also a gazebo for lounging with a bit of privacy, great for morning coffee and listening to the loons. Extended grass area with room for all kinds of outdoor games (included), large fireplace for evening gatherings. Pine Lake is a pristine lake where you can enjoy any variety of water activities, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Life jackets are included. Various sizes available. The view from the property is breathtaking. Nearby day hikes can start directly out the door of our property that include Nine Corner Lake and the Kane Mountain Fire Tower. Beautiful colors in the fall, and an abundance of snow in the winter/spring. Some of the best snowmobiling trails, cross-country skiing with Lapland Nordic Vacation destination less than 25 min away!
