- KEYLESS SELF CHECK IN: Access the property easily with our keyless entry system using a keypad. A unique access code will be provided to each guest for added security and ease.

- We’ll provide detailed check-in & check-out instructions and are available to answer any questions you may have about the property or the surrounding area.

- This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., lawn, pool, pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.

- Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.

- We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

- Booking this property means you agree to follow these rules. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, clean, and safe environment for all guests and neighbors. Please read carefully before booking.

Smoking

- Smoking, vaping, or use of any substance (including weed or cigars) is strictly prohibited indoors.

- Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and ensure smoke does not enter the house.

Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-in and check-out times must be strictly followed.

Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees:
• 50% of nightly rate after 11 AM
• 100% of nightly rate after 1 PM

Quiet Hours & No Parties

- Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM.

- No parties, events, or large gatherings at any time.

- Violations may result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction without refund.

- Guests & Visitors

- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

- Unregistered or extra guests are not permitted.

- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times.

Pets

- No pets allowed.

- We love animals, but for allergy and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited.

Parking

- Do not park on neighbors’ property or block driveways.

Security & Cameras

- For your safety, exterior cameras are installed and actively recording.

- No cameras are placed inside the property. Tampering with cameras may lead to eviction.

- Routine maintenance visits may occur during your stay.

- Staff may access the property if necessary for urgent repairs or upkeep.

- Please report issues promptly.

- Cleanliness & Respect for the Home

- Treat the home as you would your own.

- Keep spaces tidy and return items to their original places.

- Do not damage, move, or remove furniture or décor.

- Missing or damaged items will incur replacement or repair charges.

Plumbing & Toilets

- Please do not flush wipes, sanitary items, or anything other than toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.

Agreement

- A rental agreement may be required before or during check-in.

- Guests are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their visitors.

Violations

- Any violation of these house rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of your stay, and/or immediate eviction without refund.
