4-Bedroom `Lake House` with Hot Tub in Palmer Lake

Unique 4-bedroom home in the Heart of Palmer Lake and 2 exits North of the US Air Force Academy and close to 6+ wedding venues! This spacious home borders the Palmer Lake city park and lake/recreational area. Santa Fe trail access from the property gives unique access to this running/walking/biking trail, access to the disc golf course, pickleball, park, lake and walk across the foot bridge to quaint restaurants and entertainment venues. Mountain views and hot tub! Private Chef Available.

Entire home is provided to our guests! Main floor hosts a great room, large kitchen and dining room; 3 bedrooms upstairs with 4 beds total with a bedroom in the basement and queen sofa bed in the 2nd living/family room. Home has a beautiful oversized patio with hot tub overlooking the Palmer Divide mountains, Palmer Lake, Disc Golf course, pickleball courts, lake/pond often with paddle board rentals, playground and more! Front row seats for 4th of July fireworks and enjoy the lit Star on the mountain during Christmas too!

Guests are provided a keypad code along with a garage door remote for use during your stay. A maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked at the home assuming 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No on-street parking is permitted for our Airbnb. We are in a neighborhood where quiet hours (11pm-7am) should be recognized to preserve all owners` right to enjoy their property; please be mindful regarding enjoying the fire pit and hot tub.

We reside in between several homes in the Monument/Palmer Lake area and are available to provide assistance when needed, give advice on area activities, etc. However, we also respect our guests privacy and completely leave the house to their use. For longer stays we may need to come service the Hot Tub to ensure it stays fresh for your stay.

The neighborhood borders the Palmer Lake city park with all the amenities available such as lake, disc golf, pavilion, play ground, foot bridge to ice cream shop, coffee shop, restaurants and live entertainment venues. Beautiful views! Easy access to I-25 and 2 exits north of the US AF Academy and Northgate Blvd.

Walk across the foot bridge to enjoy local restaurants which include coffee, ice cream, breakfast/lunch/dinner, live music, and more. Uber and Lyft are also available.

The owners are local and owner-occupies three homes in the area that have been with Airbnb for approximately four years for 2, three years for one, with almost 100% of guests rating their homes with 5-stars. City of Palmer Lake STR License #0520022. Palmer Lake and Monument are small towns with a train that runs through it much of the area west of I-25. The train is generally NOT audible in the home when AC or furnace is running.
Quiet Hours 11pm - 8am Friday and Saturday and 10pm - 8am Sunday through Thursday (PLEASE DON`T DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS, SOUND TRAVELS EASILY WITH THE MOUNTAIN FOOTHILL BREEZES).
No Parking Permitted on the Street Overnight--Parking Only in the Garage, Driveway or concrete parking pad at the south end of the property for Overnight Guests

NO Special Events permitted.
Guests are welcome to visit (up to 8) but no more than 20 are to be at the home at any one time. We encourage family and friend gatherings and visits when in town for special events such as weddings and graduations but WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND AREN`T APPROPRIATE FOR WEDDING CEREMONIES, FAMILY REUNIONS, LARGE PRE/POST-REHEARSAL LUNCHEONS/BREAKFASTS, ETC.
Primary Renter Must Be At Least 25 Years Old Unless Approved by the Host with Additional Deposit.
