This single-story, manufactured home enjoys a quiet yet convenient location one mile east of Gatlinburg's bustling restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all ages, while only being four miles from downtown. Indulge your creative side at the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community for art galleries and a plethora of homemade goods. Head up to Pigeon Forge (seven miles) and Dollywood (10 miles) for the day, or escape into nature to see Cades Cove, Clingmans Dome, and countless waterfalls in Great Smoky Mountains National Park (seven miles).



As you step inside, you'll find that the house is open and spacious, with central air and complimentary WiFi running throughout. Prepare nightly dinners using stainless steel kitchen appliances, sit down to eat at the bar table and the dining room table, and cap each evening with movies streamed by the electric fireplace. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own smart TV and bathroom. A private washer/dryer is provided for your convenience as well.
