The Baskins Creek Condominiums are enviably located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, offering a stop for the trolley right out front. If you're wandering on foot, you'll find Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Mountain Mall, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center within an easy stroll. The boundary of Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one mile south, allowing you to fish, hike the Appalachian Trail, or observe wildlife in Cades Cove with ease.
