Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek Condominiums, which sit on the banks of a creek of the same name, are located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg. The Gatlinburg Trolley stops right out front, and such local favorites as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center are within an easy walk. The alpine attractions of Ober Gatlinburg are one mile west, the gorgeous trails and streams of Great Smoky Mountains National Park begin one mile south, and Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, and The Island in Pigeon Forge - is eight miles north.
