Guests will have access to the side unit of my home using a keyless entry for easy check-ins and convenience. This is a tiny home layout but plenty of space for two to three people! Think of it as a hotel suite style layout! Come and enjoy a relaxing get-away at this elegant apartment. I guarantee that you will not regret it! ***Please Note: This is a above ground basement apartment and private patio with a separate entrance below my home on the first level of the home. It is not the main house upstairs space.

Our neighborhood is quiet and we try to be highly respectful of our neighbors.**NO SMOKING inside of the apartment. A $250 smokers fee will be charged without warning if cleaners arrive and find that a guest had been smoking inside. Please just don't smoke inside.***This unit is not suitable for filming and weapons are prohibited.***.SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED: Nothing against pets or pet owners but due to severe allergies pets are not allowed on the property. This includes service and emotional pets. It has flagged it in my account. A $250 additional fee will be charged if you bring your pet for additional cleaning. Property is an allergy free zone. Green organic products are provided such as soaps, cleaning supplies. Linen is washed with organic laundry detergent. Uber/Lyft is easily accessible, always within 3 minutes or less. -- Free WiFi and a smart TV and Roku app. with access for you to sign in to your favorite streaming app - Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more. -- This is a private apartment under my home with a separate entrance. The apartment has noise barriers installed within the walls and ceiling so you should hear minimal noise from the home above or vice versa. Also installed is a noiseless brand new HVAC system specific for this unit. (HVAC digital pad is behind the barn door).The air conditioner is so quiet you’ll think it’s not running! Cools or heats in minutes! Guest access - Separate side entrance on first level. Other things to note: Apartment is very close to major Hospitals - Piedmont, Emory, Northside, Grady, Shepard center and more!
