The house was perfect for us. It will be even better when the pool is done. They had literally everything anyone could need. The best appointed home we have rented to date. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well set up, great beds and bedding, extra throw blankets, plenty of towels, Would suggest an electric grill for cooking. The property houses up to 12. people we had 10 very difficult to cook for that many with the pans provided.It was great to have the spices and cooking oils. They had a very nice and thoughtful gift bag in the counter for us,,, that was lovely We very much enjoyed our stay.Highly recommended

This was the cleanest VRBO I have been to. Every part of this house was stocked with much thought and preparation. The beds were perfect! The common areas were very comfortable for the six of us. The hot tub was the frosting on the cake, so to speak, a great way to wind down after a long day. Thank you so much for providing a safe and comfortable place to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The space easily accommodated our large group with pets. The location is great since it is within walking distance to Trader Joe’s and has easy access to the interstate as well as downtown Coeur d’Alene. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, adequate parkingHost was very prompt with replies to questions or anything that was needed. Easy to work with. Beautiful and clean. Only thing that would have been nice to have was patio furniture, there were 4 folding chairs but no table. We like to sit outside and play games and weren't able to. I assumed there would be an outdoor table. We were told in advance of the backyard construction which was helpful. The yard was fenced and it was wonderful to be able to include our family pup in our weekend. Thanks so much!

Coeur d'Alene is such a unique special palace! That backyard is great and we are upgrading it soon to add a pool! Great home away from home. We stayed for a week while our child recovered from surgery. We had to stay within a specific proximity to the hospital which is how we chose the location. Pros:- Location was close to Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Fred Meyer for grocery shopping/instacart delivery. Quick access to the highway. - All bedrooms are upstairs, beds and linens were all comfortable (consider bringing your own pillows). Master was a good size, with plenty of closet space. Two guest bedrooms were tiny, but good for one adult. Final bedroom had the 3 floor beds, and was plenty big. - All bedrooms had fire ladders, smoke detectors, etc. - Downstairs laundry room was large, new large double washer/dryer units - great for our week stay - hot tub and bbq grill appeared new (didn’t use hot tub)- new dishwasher, nice dishes, fully stocked kitchen. Everything from seasonings to ziplock bags provided. (Amazon essentials home restock)- TVs in all rooms - Linens, throw blankets, and towels were all above rental standards. - Responsive hostsCons: - Signage on front door indicates that it’s a rental.

This this property met our expectations and beyond. We literally had everything taken care of from the dishes we needed till the rooms and the convenience of the stores. Cannot wait to rent this same house next year and do this again.
