Other Things to Note

Pet Friendly — We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A flat $200 pet fee applies for the stay and helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Please include pets in your reservation details.

There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front entry and a security camera at the back of the property. These are exterior-only, record video only (no audio), and are in place for guest safety and property security. There are no interior cameras of any kind.

After booking, guests will receive a short rental agreement from Away by the Sea, the property management company, to review and sign.

Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

Please also be sure to clean the grill after use.
