First. These comments are not directed to the Line where I stayed but to the Landings who I rented the unit from. I had trouble checking in and getting a parking pass. The pass was not in the unit as promised.Secondly, the tvs did not work both in living and bedroom, garbage disposal did not work upon my arrival. The living room tv was fixed and the garbage disposal, but never in the bedroom.Thirdly the power went out on a Friday while I was at work and I didn’t know until I got home from work. I never did get a response from the Landing and it was not turned on until Tuesday. Meanwhile everything in the fridge and freezer were spoiled. No response from the Landing. Nothing offered for the lost food and making arrangements to stay somewhere else.Lastly, which was the biggest problem was the inability to use my back porch because the porch smelled of dog urine and it was stained and the furniture ruined, not to mention the dog hair all over the porch. I spoke with my representative with the Landing and was promised a “complimentary” cleaning, which never happened. That for me was the loss of a room because I use my porch in the morning and evening. And I couldn’t even open the door when the power was out.I will never stay at a The Landings place again.I was a 3 month rental.
