Guests have full, private use of the residence and access to all community amenities, including the rooftop pool, family pool, gym, yoga studio, lounge spaces, and common-area recreation zones. Please remember that Caivama is a residential property, not a resort. The people you will be sharing the common areas are owners of units and other paying guests.

All information about your reservation and property are contained in your Boarding Pass. You may reach out to us through the links in that pass. Caivama also has a help desk staffed in the lobby.
Caivama is a secured property. Only residents and paid guests have access to it. Therefore, there is a registration process in our Boarding Pass where you will provide the full names of each person in your traveling party. It is a one-line form and you will separate each full name with a comma before providing the next name.

Since only registered guests are allowed on property, no outsiders will be admitted. Therefore, no paying guest may bring a non registered person onto the premises.

Rooftop pool hours are 8am-10pm

Bar Muma Hours (rooftop) are 12pm-10pm

The Rooftop is for adults only (18 years and older).

Pool Rules Apply to Rooftop & Family Pools:

• Please only use the towels we provide in the pool area
• Always use a towel on public outdoor furniture
• No glass allowed in pool area - do not bring bottles or glassware
• No speakers or music allowed
• Running and diving are not allowed
• When in the pool, no food or drink is allowed
• No inflatables or toys are allowed
• Use of the pool while intoxicated will not be tolerated
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking and/or Vaping is not allowed
• During electrical storms (lightning) the pool will close - do not remain at the pool for safety
