The Space:

Vista Magnifico was designed for shared experiences. As the only three-bedroom residence at Caivama, it offers a level of space that's difficult to find this close to the heart of Sayulita, making it an ideal choice for families, multiple couples, or friends traveling together.



The open-concept living area naturally becomes the center of the home. A spacious kitchen, generous dining area, and comfortable living room flow effortlessly onto the private terrace through expansive sliding glass doors. Outside, the plunge pool invites afternoon swims, evening conversations, or quiet mornings overlooking Sayulita as the town gradually comes to life below.



Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, allowing everyone to enjoy both privacy and comfort throughout the stay, while the additional powder room makes gathering together even more convenient. The thoughtful layout balances shared living with personal space, making longer stays feel just as comfortable as weekend escapes.



Beyond your residence, Caivama offers an exceptional collection of shared amenities, including rooftop infinity pools, an adults-only pool and bar, jacuzzi, yoga studio, fitness center, co-working lounge, family pool, and inviting gathering spaces. Combined with Vista Magnifico's larger footprint, the experience feels both spacious and connected to everything that makes Sayulita special.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire residence, including the private terrace and plunge pool.



You'll also have access to Caivama's shared amenities, including the rooftop infinity pools, adults-only rooftop pool and bar, jacuzzi, fitness center, yoga studio, co-working lounge, family pool, lobby lounge, and surfboard storage. Please note that some rooftop areas are reserved for guests 18 years and older.

Caivama sits on the hillside above Sayulita, offering a peaceful setting within walking distance of the town's beaches, cafés, restaurants, artisan boutiques, and lively plaza. Other Things to Note:

Parking

Caivama does not offer on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf cart charging is not available within the community. If you plan to rent a vehicle or golf cart, we'll gladly provide recommendations for nearby parking before your arrival.

Caivama is a boutique residential community where shared amenities are enjoyed by both owners and guests. We ask everyone to be respectful of neighbors and community spaces so all can enjoy a peaceful stay.



Location

Sayulita is a lively beach town. Depending on the season, music and community events may occasionally be heard throughout the area.
