Welcome to Nichiyōbi House「UNIT #1「Koneko」where Puerto Rican culture meets Japanese styling. Relax in the heart of San Juan, only a two minute walk from Ocean Park Beach. Everything has been built from the ground up in this newly designed & renovated apartment. You are only:

This Property is a multi level home. 3 levels total, this home is located on level two. Each level is its own rental unit, the entire floor is yours. There is a shared outdoor shower to rinse the sand of when coming back from the beach or to cool down. This property is located across the street from the beach. 2 minute walk. we include beach chairs, beach towels in your rental. The interior of the property is highly inspired by Japanese folklore and themes. You sleep on a very comfortable queen mattress but you sleep like you traditionally would, on the floor with a mat separating the mattress and floor. There is a wooden Makeshifft `bedframe` or risen platform which surrounds your bed to keep the mattress snug.
