Located just 400 feet from the beach with a beautiful outdoor second-floor seating area , Sasi Seaside Retreat is a relaxed, pet-friendly getaway designed for families and small groups seeking space, simplicity, and comfort. With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and room for up to six guests, this two-story home with an outdoor seating patio upstairs offers a clean, open layout and a fully fenced backyard perfect for pets or play.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath, while two guest bedrooms — one with a queen, the other with a queen and twin trundle — provide restful space for everyone. Downstairs, the living area is cozy and casual with a recliner, board games, streaming-ready TV with Google Chromecast, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. The open kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, complete with modern appliances, a Keurig, spices, and a sunny dining area for six. After a day at the beach, come home to unwind in the backyard or gather inside by the electric fireplace for a game night or quiet evening in.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
