Während des Tages können die Gäste am Pool entspannen, während sie den ununterbrochenen Nord-Süd-Blick auf den berühmten Strand von Ft Lauderdale genießen. Das Fitnessstudio befindet sich ebenfalls in der 6. Etage und ist mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet.

Hotel experience at greatly reduced price.

Felt like staying in a high end hotel but at a much lower rate! Great location! Use the water taxi to explore everything from downtown to Hollywood Beach! Unit was clean and well appointed! Just across the street from nice beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

As advertised. Beautiful view, great bed, TV, bathroom.

Only negative was the very tiny kitchenette. No room to cook, prep food, no table inside. Everything else was perfect.

Its a studio unit with a kitchenette which means you can easily prepare simple meals and save having to eat out for breakfast etc. Other condo hotel units along the beach offer exactly the same or no kitchenette at all. Booking with Hilton will cost you 40% more plus a resort fee.

Below average cleanliness, beautiful balcony view

We haves stayed in many VRBO’s and were disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit. We were left 2 washcloths for two of us for 4 days. I ended up tipping maids in the hallway to get more. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was also very nice. The owner entered the unit on our last day without notice to replenish our towels - this was awkward as he should have notified us prior to him entering the unit.

There is a contact phone number in the unit to call if you encounter any issues. So it begs the question why I first hear of your issues in a review. I expect guests to be rational and mature enough to reach out with issues at the time they occur and not to post them in a review after departure, that helps no one. You've complained about not having enough towels but then complained when more were brought to the unit. The guest was notified before entering the unit to bring fresh towels.

There was construction on our floor. We were told that our room was ready by the owner but it wasn’.

Not happy. Place was dusty. TV remote did not work and unit is next to a construction site.

If the battery in the remote was dead why didn't you simply call me on the number in the unit, I'm in the building everyday. The unit was very, very clean. Why weren't you rational and mature enough to reach out with any issues during your stay instead of voicing your bitterness here? You're simply not credible.

Regrette cannot rent films on the TV's room. We always like To look at a movie at night.

Owner did not allow us To acces renting movie on TV event if we pay a deposit of any amount To insur that he do not get stock paying the use of patins moovie. We always like To Watch a movie before sleping. This was frustrating.

Perhaps the guest has misunderstood the situation regarding on demand movies. Hilton will not accept guests billing items to the unit if they are not Hilton guests. I had no involvement in this decision and it had nothing to do with taking a security deposit as the guest described it. Its simply a rule set by the Hilton management. We are working to have having this rule changed. Please in future contact the property owner directly to have issues corrected or clarified. It helps nobody to first hear of such issues in a review.

Beautiful View/ Mediocre Service

The view from our room was wonderful! We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the ocean. The room was ok. We got there to find out that there were no working locks on the patio door and that the comforter was dirty, with what appeared to be blood and food stains. We reported this info and had someone putting locks on the patio door the same day. Unfortunately the comforter issue was not addressed during our stay, so we took it off the bed for the week and just used our sheets. Having to do that was frustrating.

This guest never mentioned issues during his stay. We expect guests to be rational and mature enough to contact us on the number in the unit if they encounter and issues. Just pick up the phone and call, its that simple.

Great view near restaurants and bars

We loved our stay in this private unit at the Hilton. The pictures of the unit and view are accurate. We were able to walk to many restaurants and bars within a half mile or much less. The area felt very safe even for 2 women traveling together. We had a small issue figuring out the cooktop but the owner responded and resolved immediately. I already sent the listing to some friends to recommend.

Room was poorly cleaned/maintained

First and foremost I want to say that the property manager was easy to deal with and pleasant. We really enjoyed the hotels pool and the location was great! I did however believe that the unit could had definitely been taken care of better I have pictures of all the issues I seen. Extremely dusty areas in the unit. Red stains on the carpet through out. The chair in the room was extremely worn and stained, both lamps by the bed were cracked and just made it feel like a sub par room for the price that I paid. I will not be using this company anymore if this is the quality of rentals to be offered.

Very nice room and view

The room was very nice and the view was wonderful. It was very nice that past guests leave behind items that are useable. For example we purchased chairs, and other items that are needed at the beach. When we arrived we were able to take back all of the items we purchased and even left more items for the next guest to use. I was going to buy a note book for us and next guests to sign and to say thank you for the wonderful accommodations In Fort Lauderdale. We will be coming back! Very highly recommended. Thank you very much 👌😊

Another excellent visit to FL and comfortable stay in Andrew's oceanfront condo. It was a bit windy - out of our control - but otherwise it was a welcome "beach fix" in warmer weather. Good to see you before I left - thanks for stopping by. The condo is always clean, well stocked and as you see it in the photos.

Great view

Great location. Close to the cruise ports and airport. Great view from room. We were scheduled for room 2110 but because of remodeling all rooms on the 21st floor we were put in room 910. Same view just down 12 floors. Easy 15 minute walk to many restaurants. Took Uber to airport and it cost $13.00 compared to 20.00 for taxi due to construction from airport to the Hilton. Will stay here again. They are building a new highrise hotel that will be finished in 2020 that may block the view but for now no problems.

The hotel and unit were great.

Beautiful view, great access to everything by either walking or a short Uber ride. The property well was updated and well kept. Andrews unit specifically was well kept and comfortable. We were able to enjoy breakfast and mimosas every morning with a spectacular view. Great price. Will probably come back again.

You can have daily housekeeping but for an additional fee. Most guests simply don't want it and prefer not to have it if it means they can stay in the Hilton much more cheaply. As for parking all guest must pay the crazy valet parking fee if they use it. But there are cheaper alternatives.
