It was a nice home for the price. The only issues I had was not a good variety of pots and pans, its was only half roll of tissue, and the patio was very dirty with green pollen everywhere. We had to clean it ourselves so that we can enjoy the pool table and outside area.

The guy forgot we were coming, so I had to initiate contact day of the get check in information. He told us about an hour before check in that the check in time would be pushed back from 3 to 4. When we got there, there were no towels. They were all still in the dryer. The smoke detector battery was dead and kept beeping. The neighbors screamed outside all day and all night, which means we couldn't sleep. The beds were hard. Truly an awful experience, do not stay here.

So in my honest opinion the property wasn’t 100% what I expected. Smaller than I anticipated but it didn’t make my trip bad or anything. It actually was the perfect size. I will also say that the inside is very clean and nice. Loved the decorations. It was quiet which is always a plus. The owner was very communicative the entire trip. I do believe towels were based on who was on the reservation so keep that in mind when booking (and being xtra lol) But that’s not really a “complaint” just an observation. Overall I had a great time and this property was perfect for my mini getaway. Would 1000% look into booking again my next visit!

Great location and host was responsive and accommodating. However, there were very few amenities like sheets, dish soap, toliet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. The hot water ran out. The bath tub did not fill and the dryer did not dry the laundry. Also the rug in the master bedroom was not clean. If these things are addressed this would be a go to for us. We appreciated everything else about our stay.

My experience with this booking was very disappointing. I arrived around 11 PM and the home was not cleaned or ready for guests. Instead of being able to settle in and enjoy my first night, I had to spend time cleaning just to feel comfortable enough to stay.This caused me to lose the first night of my trip, which was frustrating after traveling. While the host acknowledged the issue, the resolution offered did not fully reflect the inconvenience or the condition of the property.I would strongly recommend confirming the cleaning status before arrival, as this experience did not meet basic expectations.

The property was good in a nice location close to everything there was some minor thing that I was concerned about the host called me and we discussed and he assured me I wouldn’t be charged for something we didn’t do. The only other down side was there was only 3 pots for cooking in and no dishwasher and the master bedroom didn’t have a lock on the bedroom door and the remote was messed up and didn’t work except to cut tv on and off in master bedroom ….very minor things but all in all we enjoyed our stay

at least i had a roof, a bed, a br, and a pool table. reached out for check in instructions day of and host 1 calls me 40 mins before i get there (driving 7hrs from FL) to tell me that the house had not been cleaned and they had trouble finding a cleaner because they’re all canceling. ok.. i try to be understanding as they offered a refund for half my stay and told me it would only take 30 mins. i wait an hour. i go to the place and still not cleaned and i received no notice that it would take longer. hair everywhere. trash bin outside overflowing. stuff in laundry. piercings strewn about. dirty shoe marks, some roaches, low battery smoke detector(had to reset it everyday), ac BROKEN; the house was 80 degrees for day one of stay. find out it’s cuz the ac unit was frozen over and the filter was super old (pictured). WE had to replace the filter (new filter was at residence but as a guest i shouldnt have to do this) NO trash bags. lack of paper products. so i called again and this time host #2 picks up and tells me still no cleaners but will honor the 50% refund and locates cleaning products since obviously my guests and i have to clean the place (also something i shouldn’t have to do especially after a 7 hr drive). also tells me that he will doordash trash bags to us. these bags never came. i try to message the hosts and im ghosted. contact him and vrbo and he has the nerve to tell me AC is fine, and he’s never had problems there. hosts lack accountability vrbo barely helped
