Bring your whole crew to the lake! This beautiful, NEW 4BR/2.5BA townhouse, with a huge bonus bunk room, SLEEPS up to 20 and is the perfect place to spend your time at Lake Martin! We have 9 additional units on the water and each unit is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Every detail was thought of to ensure your lake stay is a 5 star experience! Each unit sleeps 10-16 ppl. The Villas are walking distance to Boondocks Marina and only 7 minutes to Hwy 280, between Alex City and Dadeville!

The Villas complex is conveniently located in the Bay Pines area, walking distance to Boondocks at Bay Pine and Bay Pine Marina

Your personal door code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number and will work during your stay.

This lakefront Townhome has it all! 3BR/2.5BA and a bonus room! One King BR, 2 Queen BR's, a sleeper sofa and two sets of bunkbeds! Lots of TV, full kitchen and eating space, living room and outdoor furniture with a grill. You can even park your boat at our dock!

Your unit has 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit. Any and all additional cars, trucks, trailers, etc must park at the top of the hill (by the dumpster) along the gravel driveway/parking pad.
Pets are allowed, however we ask that for the safety of other guests and pets, that all pets be leashed while outside as this is a shared community space. Please clean up after your pet - we have provided several pet waste bins around the property.
If you have a watercraft parked at the boardwalk, please be sure that it is parked in the designated space that coincides with your unit - spots are numbered on the pier posts.
