Newly Renovated - Waterfront Home - Pool, dock & sunsets! Easy walk to beach!

On the Intracoastal!! Use the kayaks or fishing rods or just relax on the private dock and watch the dolphins swim by while hanging in the new heated/cooled pool. Amenities are plentiful and can host a large family (or TWO). It's an EASY walk to the beach. Beach gear including wagon, chairs, towels, coolers are available for use. BTW, sunsets are incredible!

NOTE: IN-GROUND HEATED/COOLED POOL ADDED in June 2024!!*

BEDROOMS. Master bedroom suite with new king bed and luxury bath with soaking tub and shower. 2nd bedroom includes new queen bed. and half bath. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed as well. The 4th bedroom sleeps three (great for kids!). Bonus bedroom (inside 4th BR) has a queen bed. Full bath adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4. Smart TV's in every bedroom. Central air. All linens provided.

Chef and Entertainers Kitchen. Cook a gourmet meal on the 8 burner Wolf range while being part of the action with the open floor plan. Kitchen has all new appliances (2 sinks with disposals, fridge with water and ice, microwave, built-in coffee maker, and wine cooler.).

Kitchen Seating. Kitchen peninsula accommodates six (6) people and adjacent dining table holds another six (6). There is a highchair available.

Family room is open to kitchen and has a giant SMART TV and water views.

Decks and Patios. Eat outside on the deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill. Want more shade, There is a large covered patio below with lounge seating. Want more sun? Chill out on the new dock.

Need to do work or Zoom call?? There's an office space with monitor and keyboard for your convenience.

DINING: Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Kooky Coconut (0.4 mi) and 0.6 to 1.0 miles in either direction for restaurants, bars, take-out.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, ALL linens/towels/beach towels, first aid kit, washer/dryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps/shampoos, pack n play / high chair. Starting provisions only, you may need to top up during your stay.

FAMILY ADVENTURES: Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (0.5 miles), Splash Harbour Water Park (1.0 mile), Florida Botanical Gardens (3 miles), Clearwater Marine Aquarium (8 miles)

We very much enjoyed the location in Indian rocks. The house was close to the action. The house was very functional with a big kitchen and space for all of us to sit and watch TV. We enjoyed the outdoor living on the water. Lots of seating outside. . Hosts were very helpful for any of our needs. We had left something there when we left and the host sent it back to us. It was as close to the action but in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great family vacation

What a wonderful vacation. Everything was great from the beautiful kitchen to the pool and dock to the short walk to the beach! Kooky Coconut was a favorite and close by! Our hosts are top notch. Always helpful, kind and prompt with responses. Highly recommend and hope to return for another stay!

Great House

The house was perfect for our extended family. The teens stayed upstairs while the parents/couples stayed downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for prepping/cooking meals. We rented a golf cart, which made getting back & forth from the sand easier.

The location was so perfect! The pool and outside patio was a great place to spend the afternoons. The kitchen was so spacious and well stocked.There was a note to not lower the AC below 76, which was quite warm for the Florida summer and 10 adults. Also, the grill was very rusted and not able to be used.Overall, it was great for a beach weekend though!

Everything about the stay was excellent. The home is as described with top of the line kitchen Which made eating in and hanging around enjoyable.The hosts were very accessible and responsive to the few small inquiries we had. Ovation was great and the daily visit from the dolphins feeding in the channel was an extra bonus!We would definitely stay here in the future.

Property was great! Kids loved the pool. Having a dock and kayaks was a plus. Even able to kayak around with the dolphins from the dock. About an 8 minute walk to beach. Host communicated quickly and the place was clean upon arrival. No issues. Would definitely go back.

Family vacation

Wonderful home that accommodated our family well. We got to see dolphins in the canal in the morning while drinking coffee. The pool was wonderful. The beach is quick walk away. There are also several shops and restaurants in the vicinity (both walking distance or by car). The only negative thing was that the beds were not very comfortable (very soft mattresses); however, this is because we all prefer harder mattresses. The home is well stocked! Overall, a wonderful vacation stay.
