Dieses Eckzimmer mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Blick auf das Meer und den Süden von Myrtle Beach. Wir haben gerade mit der Vermietung angefangen, also noch keine Bewertungen. Diese geräumige Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone und zwei französische Balkone. Das Anwesen ist gut eingerichtet mit viel Wohn- und Esszimmer Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Meister kommt mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad. Es gibt einen HD-Fernseher und Schieberegler zum hinteren Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und einen französischen Balkon. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet.
In der Miete (Deal) ist eine einmalige Reinigung nach der Miete und ein Wäschepaket enthalten, das Folgendes beinhaltet: Betten mit Bettwäsche (Spannbetttuch und Oberbetttuch für jedes Bett und Schlafsofa) Handtücher (8 Handtücher, 5 Handtücher, 6 Waschlappen und Küchentücher): Seifenstück, Handseife, Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspülmittel.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien und natürlich allen alltäglichen Geräten.

Irgendwas über unser Gebäude Arcadian II

Wir sind ein kleineres Hochhaus; Ja, nur 6 Eigentumswohnungen pro Etage. Kein langes Warten auf den Aufzug. Sie müssen morgens nicht runter, um Ihre Liegestühle am Pool zu schonen. Diese Probleme sind in unserem Gebäude kein Problem, da wir viele Liegen und großartige Aufzüge haben. Oh und keine schlechten Lagen in diesem Gebäude, da alle direkt am Meer liegen.
Der Tennisplatz ist die meiste Zeit verfügbar, aber wenn nicht, können Sie ihn reservieren.
Unsere Hintertür ist nur 25 Meter vom Strand entfernt! Großer Parkplatz mit Stellplätzen in der Nähe des Eingangs! Bellmen-Karren an der Haustür helfen Ihnen beim Ein- und Aussteigen.

Der Abschnitt mit den arkadischen Ufern liegt direkt zwischen dem Myrten- und dem Nordmyrtenstrand in Horry County ohne eigene Rechtspersönlichkeit. Unsere Adresse ist in Myrtenstrand, aber ein wenig von der Menge entfernt. Wenn Sie die Menge gelegentlich Restaurantreihe mögen, ist 2 Minuten. Die Barfußlandung erreichen Sie nach einer 5-minütigen Fahrt und den Broadway am Strand nach etwa 15 Minuten.

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 10 years and have stayed at multiple resorts up and down the coast . This was by far the best condo property that we have stayed at . The unit was clean, parking was close and no issue finding a space, the beach was not over populated. Very family oriented area. Already looking into renting the same unit for next year

Great Ocean Front Location

Beautiful views of the ocean. Perfect location, beautiful facilities, pool, walk way to the ocean, outdoor grills. Host was great with communication. We love Arcadian, and we stayed here with extended family in other units. It was great for kids to be right on the beach and pool. The balcony door was nearly impossible to open, but we didn’t want them out there anyways so it was ok for us. Thanks!

Comfortable, Clean snd a Beautiful View

The condo was so much larger than I expected. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. The view from the beach side balcony was wonderful, and sitting out there was so nice. The condo had everything we needed, although it would be nice to have a few things like salt and pepper (and things like that). It was peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Could use a bit of updating, but I would recommend it. I would easily go back and stay again.

July 2024 Stay

This is our 3rd year in a row staying in condo 15F in Arcadian II. The condo is always clean and in good order. It is showing its age and is in need of some upgrades though. The appliances in kitchen all need replaced and furniture has tears in upholstery. Upgrades to bathrooms is also needed. For the price it is a great deal.

Very cozy & spacious condo. It was nice to have good sized rooms & 2 full bathrooms. Very good communication on owners’ part. I’m leaving 4 stars because it did seem like there was an issue with housekeeping prior to our stay. It’s not necessarily the owners’ fault, but a double check right might’ve been needed. Some sheets were missing, & more were quickly delivered to us, but they were new in package, thus not pre-washed. The main balcony sliding door needs to be looked at, but that’s probably more a property issue than the owners’. Very nice property though. I highly recommend. 9.5/10.

Great location, close to attractions

Condo was as described in listing. Location was easy to find and was only a few minute drive to many attractions/restaurants. Beach was fairly empty in front of condo due to it being a smaller condominium which was perfect for our toddler. It also made getting an elevator to the 15th floor easy, we never had to wait on it. Owner was very quick with responses. Security guards at front desk were always friendly and did frequent walks around the parking lot which gave us peace of mind. Master bedroom was nice and bed was comfortable. The room listed as a queen seemed more like a double bed and wasn’t the most comfortable in our opinion (it was a harder bed with flatter pillows). The kitchen fit all our needs and the views from the balcony were perfect. The condo wasn’t quite as clean as I would’ve hoped but it wasn’t something that affected our stay, it could use a good dusting and deep clean with a shop vac in the balcony door creases. Furniture is starting to show wear but was comfortable enough to use for the week. I would book this condo again and reccomend it to others.

Too short!

We had a wonderful weekend, just wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen had everything we needed except a hot pad or two for removing items from the oven. The living room furniture is a little old and has some damage, but nothing that kept us from enjoying ourselves. The beds were very comfortable. I did find 2 very long black hairs on the toilet seat, but everything looked clean. I always travel with Clorox wipes anyway. Our overall would definitely be a 4. Great place easy access and close to everything we wanted.

We have stayed at the Arcadian for 20 years and we absolutely love it. The unit 15F was clean and nice but very dated. The appliances in the kitchen are very dated and take a while to warm up or use. The master bathroom bathtub has a non stop drip that gets annoying at night time. The sliding door to the balcony gets stuck and is hard to open and shut. The condo is still great just needs some updating! Thank you!

The view was great. Place needs to be updates: example, the ceiling paint in the bath room is coming down, toliet seat needs to be replaced,and toilet needs a plummer to look at it. When it rains water comes under the doors in the living room and the dinning room. The doors to the ourside in the first bed shake so bad when it is windy i thought that they were going to crashn in.

This condo was on the 15th floor which wasn't mention in the description and this was a little too high for my husband. Also the right front burner on the stove didn't work and the oven wasn't clean. The ottoman had a large rip in it. The bed in the master bedroom was as hard as cement, so I didn't get a good night's sleep the whole time we were there The view was nice..

Loved the layout! Was right on the beach! Needs a deep cleaning though. Furnishings a bit dated. Would also be great to have a few beach chairs provided. Usually, we go to Florida but since Myrtle Beach was closer, thought we would give it a try. Have never been to a condo where we were not permitted to use the beach chairs and umbrellas for our condo. If this is the policy, it would be helpful to let guests know this. We asked the lifeguard on duty if the chairs were for our use since we rented the condo and were told yes. Later we were rudely told to move because we were NOT allowed to sit there by some woman. Overall had a great stay. It was last minute and couldn't be too picky.

Sorry about the beach chairs but the owner has 2 condos and only one set of chairs/umbrella set up by the lifequard. The chairs were already reserved.

This place was clean, comfortable, in a safe area, and the view was fantastic! Those were really the things we were looking for. We picked this place to save some money over other places and knew it would be outdated, which we were okay with. Some of the things bordered on neglect, though, and should be mentioned. All patio doors stuck and were hard (or impossible) to open or close. Wallpaper and celling peeling in smaller bathroom, missing many lightbulbs throughout, and did not come with enough towels for 6 people, did not come with dishwasher soap, hand soap, sponge, trash bags, or other amenities listed, so we had to go out and spend 50 to outfit it (we left the items behind so the next people wouldn't be surprised.) Internet also wasn't working, so texted management number, and was told it was "user error" on our end. So some of our devices were able to connect, but most weren't, and we simply didn't have internet for them. It felt like the property was forgotten back in 1992 and nothing has been done since. Did we enjoy our stay? Yup! Again, we were safe, comfortable, and place was clean. Would we stay here again? Probably not. But if you're looking to save some money and can overlook some inconveniences, you might consider this property! (FYI It's on the 16th floor - view was great! Only one elevator was working for the week, so had a bit of wait time on it. Lobby has a code lock to get in, and there is a security guard there at all times.)

The pictures were right on the money but when you get there everything seems to give off an older feel. A little outdated from the decor to even the cable boxes that had to reboot everytime you turned them on. The view from the balcony of the ocean and the easy access to the beach was the best thing of the trip. The property manager Frank helped out the best of his ability and i really appreciated it.
