**A security deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

***We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

****Documents will need to be sent for registration and clearance at the building/reception.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
