- No A/C - We live in the mountains, where temps are more comfortable.
- Must have own car - no ride share available.
- Vehicles MUST be all-wheel drive; 4 wheel drive recommended November-May.

Other things to note:

While our home is just 10 minutes to town it is located in a true mountain community. Service is extremely limited but we have WiFi. WiFi Calling will be needed. The wildlife call this area home. This area does have moose, elk, foxes, mountain lions and bears. During the winter we have a plow service. Guests must have a car as ride share is not available. Guests must have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive in the winter.
