This is a non-smoking and pet free unit. If evidence of either is found, you will be fined $1,000.
2 complex parking passes come with this unit and must be returned prior to departure. There will be a $100 replacement fee for lost passes.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
The number of occupants shall not exceed the number allowed unless agreed upon by property owners and management.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in the dumpsters outside.
