The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. For the heater just switch thermostat to heat and for A/C switch it to cool as needed. To change the temperature hold the directional button up or down until temperature reading begins to flash then press to desired temperature. The stove needs to be ignited since it is a gas stove so if any air gets there you'll need to wait a few seconds with the knob on ignite. Once it is ignited change to low, high or medium as needed.
