Tucked into a quiet East Clairemont neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two-bath retreat is 7 miles from the coast and 15 minutes from Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores, and Mission Bay. Grab one of the house bikes and cruise to local coffee shops, neighborhood bars, or local restaurants. Appreciate the ease of access to all being centrally located and 15 minutes from every part of San Diego Proper area. Whether you’re catching waves, exploring the city, or chasing sunsets, everything you need is just a short ride away.

Inside, the home blends mid-century style with laid-back coastal charm. The main living room is made for music lovers, complete with a cozy fireplace, premium sound system, and curated vinyl collection. A second lounge offers space to stream a movie, play games, or work remotely with fast Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, quality cookware, and Bird Rock Coffee — a local favorite. It’s the perfect setup for casual breakfasts, sunset dinners, or post-surf snacks.

Each bedroom is bright and comfortable: the primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet; the second offers a queen bed; and the third includes a full bed and futon for flexible sleeping. Soft linens, natural light, and thoughtful details make it easy to settle in.

Bikes & boards are for rent. Inquire within regarding transport of items. Renter of items need transport or we can transport for you for a fee in San Diego proper area. Board racks are available with rental for cars outfitted with ability to carry boards. SUP boards need a larger vehicle generally. Please consider your vehicle before rental- we can help you figure any details out.
