New home- built in 2020. Spacious. Farmhouse modern décor. This is a great home for a large family or multiple families. There is a lot of space to spread out, 3000 square feet. There are 5 bedrooms- one on the main floor. The back yard is totally fenced in with yard toys, hammocks, a fire pit and trampoline. 4 smart TVs throughout the home to use. You will be very comfortable while staying here. This is our primary home we live in year round so the kitchen is well stocked too!

We will be staying local and can be there in an emergency. Otherwise we are available via text or phone to answer any questions you have.

Parking for 3 cars available. Need more space- you can park 2 blocks away at the school.

Full access to whole home and fenced in back yard.

Bedroom on main floor is like a mother-in-law suite with a bathroom and butlers kitchen. It can be shut off from the main home if you choose. Laundry room with large washer and dryer capacity. The open concept living, kitchen and dining room is huge and will easily hold your group. Dining seating for 6-8 and 4-6 can sit at the bar.
Front porch with a swing is where you will want to hang out- quite street with friendly neighbors.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Parking available for 3 cars onsite. Additional cars do need to be approved before check in.
