Come and relax in our newly renovated 3 bed/3 full bath raised home located in a serene area. It features a fully equipped kitchen with ample dining space, a cozy living room with a smart TV, and multiple fun activities inside and out to keep everyone having a good time!

If you're looking for entertainment, check out the open downstairs which guests have full access to. Challenge your friends to a game of foosball, ping-pong, enjoy a drink while watching sports at the bar, or release some energy playing volleyball! The BBQ grill has propane provided for you. There is also a firepit with provided wood for your use. If fishing is something you enjoy, we provide poles, tackle box, and fresh bait for you to use.

Go for an adventure in the provided kayaks down the canal with quick access to the Waccamaw River.  There is a small boat ramp located in the backyard for easy water access. If you have a canoe or small flat bottom boat, you may use this ramp at your convenience. The larger public boat ramp into the Waccamaw River about a half mile down the road if you want to bring your own boat and explore more of the waterways in the area! Take a boat ride to downtown Conway and tie up next to many great restaurants and bars. Youth and Adult life jackets are provided for your use during your stay!

The property sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, any additional guests are allowed with approval only. Looking to be the host of a celebration on the property? We have ample space and entertainment but we do ask that you get prior approval before gatherings are permitted. There is also an additional $250 cleaning fee added for celebrations over the limit.

For our furry friends staying, dogs may be left unattended but only if crated. $50 unauthorized pet fee/$50 excessive mess pet fee.
