Welcome to Mountain Retreat — a peaceful, newly built 2nd-floor apartment tucked away on a quiet country road in Upstate New York. With beautiful mountain and valley views, manicured grounds, and stylish new-construction interiors, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and convenience.
Enjoy modern features including central A/C, an open-concept kitchen and living area, a spacious deck overlooking the property, a basketball hoop, firepit, and a small private pond with a deck and ladder for a refreshing swim or relaxed fishing.
Located just 7 miles from Cooperstown All-Star Village (ASV) and a short, easy drive to Dreams Park, downtown Cooperstown, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, and the shopping and dining on Southside Drive in Oneonta, Mountain Retreat provides the ideal home base for baseball families, couples, and small groups seeking a quiet escape close to everything.
We are the new owners of Mountain Retreat, but this property is not new to VRBO. Under its previous ownership, it was a very successful rental with excellent reviews and a consistent 10/10 rating.
