This condo is located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The COMPLEX is directly on the ocean. You will enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Just a short drive away, you will find several attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer.

The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Entry: **NO ELEVATOR stairs required - 3rd floor **. Self check-in with keypad.



Parking: 1 (ONE) parking pass only. No golf carts, motorcycles, or trailers.



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom 1: king bed. TV.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds. Plus twin trundle bed.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Pool: There is a complex pool.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella. 



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The perfect central location! The unit is centrally located on the popular Shore Drive.

🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles

Getting Around:

Guests will have 1 parking pass and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 7.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 4th Friday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
